Recipe ingredient :-

Phyllo Dough 500 gram package -1

Almazan Litchen Red meat Mix 3-4 tbs

steak 1 (about 1kg)

red chilies 5-6

parsley twings (optional)

cheddr cheese 300 gram

triangle cream cheese 1-2

oil for steak crusting - 2tbs

oil for fry - 400ml

step 1 - First coat the steak well with Almazan Kitchen Red Meat Mix and leave it to marinate for a while.
After that grind the chilies and grate the cheese. Alternatively, you can add some finely chopped parsley to the chili.

Step 2 - After that add oil to the pan and heat it on flame. Once the oil is hot, roast the steak in a pan and crust it on all sides and slice it.
After that cut the phyllo dough into strips about 10 cm wide and join the two strips to roll into a bite.

Then stuff a pinch of grated cheese, a piece of steak, a small blob of cream cheese and a pinch of pepper into the strip and fold one corner of the dough strip over the filling to form a triangle.

Continue to fold the end of the strip back and forth, forming a triangle-shaped phyllo packet, and take an egg to glue them together and glue the seams with the white inside.

Once you have made all the Phyllo into triangles, fry in hot oil at 170C for 10-12 minutes, fry on one side until lightly golden and flip on the other side.
