Monte Crristo Sandwitch Recipe Ingrdient :-

Organic Mango 

Butter 1 tsp

Egges 3 

Brown Sugar 1 tsp

Lime Zest 1/2 tsp

Cheese 

Cured ham

Bread

Sweet and Sour Mango Sauce:

So first you need to take 1 mango and remove its inner flesh,

Heat a pan and add brown sugar 1 tsp.

And melt the sugar in it

Then put the chopped mango in the pan.

and cook until light brown

and take out in a bowl

Sandwitch Making Step:

So for making this sandwich, take a square shaped bread, if it is homemade it is best and cut the bread into 2 slices.

If you want to make a sandwich with one slice of bread on the bottom and one on the top

Take a slice of bread, put butter on it, cut the butter like a slice and put a layer on the bread. Then layer with cured ham and another layer of butter and another slice of bread on top

After that take 3 eggs in a bowl and mix them well. Take a spoon and dip it in the egg mixture

Heat a pan, put 1 tasarp butter in it and heat it. When the butter is hot, fry the sandwich in it until it turns golden brown.

Enjoy with mango chutney after sandwiches are fried
