First of all heat a pan on fire then add 100 grams of butter or according to your preference and melt it.

On the other hand, finely chop the chillies and thyme and add it after the butter is completely melted. Add salt to taste and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

Then take the macchi you have and wash it well and apply the fish masala you have on the macchi.

And roast the fish at 250 C for 20 minutes. Apply the aromatic butter prepared while roasting the fish to the fish.
